  1. Record Track A. Every move, wait, or signal uses one beat of tape.
  2. Rewind. Control switches to Track B while Track A repeats your program.
  3. Coordinate. Hold pads, pass crates, and pulse signal gates on the same beat.
  4. Scrub freely. Drag the timeline or undo without penalty. Optimization is optional.

Accessibility options add six tape beats and make signal gates remain open after their first pulse.
