Who is responsible

Snack Break Games is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at support@snackbreakgames.com about anything in this policy.

What we collect

Launch list: your email address, your consent, the page you signed up on and when.

Purchases: Creem tells us the email address used at checkout, its customer, checkout, order and transaction references, the product bought, the amount and currency paid, and whether the order was later refunded or disputed. We never receive your card number or bank details.

Downloads: when a download happens, which game and platform, the order it belongs to, and your browser's user-agent string.

Support: whatever you choose to send us by email.

Why we use it

To deliver your purchase and re-issue download links (performing our contract with you), to handle refunds, chargebacks and abuse of download links (our legitimate interests and legal duties), to send launch-list emails you asked for (your consent), and to answer support requests.

Who processes it

Creem is our Merchant of Record and processes your payment and billing details as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare hosts this website, its database and the download files on our behalf.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising networks.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Browser demos save progress in your own browser's local storage, which never leaves your device. The checkout page is operated by Creem and covered by its privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Launch-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept for as long as delivery, support and tax or accounting duties require. Download logs and support emails are kept only as long as needed to support your purchase and prevent abuse.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@snackbreakgames.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Creem may process data outside your country. Where they do, they use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Children

Games are bought by adults or with a parent or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We will update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes.
