Refund Policy
Ask for a refund within 14 days of buying a Snack Break Games title. Refunds are issued by Creem, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.
14-day refunds
If a game does not run on your computer, or simply is not what you expected, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
How to ask
Email support@snackbreakgames.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number from the Creem receipt. Never send card details. We reply within 3 business days.
How refunds are paid
Creem is our Merchant of Record, so Creem issues the refund to your original payment method. Most banks show it within 5–10 business days.
After a refund
A refunded order's download links stop working. Please delete the copies you downloaded.
After 14 days
If something breaks later, email us: we will help troubleshoot, provide a fixed build where we can, and consider a refund case by case.
Your statutory rights
If you are in the EU or UK, buying a download asks for immediate delivery, which ends the statutory withdrawal period once the download starts. This refund policy applies regardless, and nothing in it limits your other consumer rights.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — a refund is faster for you, and a disputed order's downloads are closed while the dispute is open.
