Who we are

Snack Break Games ("we", "us") makes and publishes the games on www.snackbreakgames.com. These terms cover your use of this website, the free browser demos, and the games you buy here.

Who sells to you

Purchases are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. When you buy a game you buy it from Creem, which takes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt and handles refunds and chargebacks. Creem appears as the seller on your receipt and card statement.

Creem's Buyer Terms apply to the payment itself. Snack Break Games never receives or stores your card details.

Prices

Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT for your country is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay; the total on the checkout page is the amount you are charged.

A game that shows no Buy button is not on sale yet and cannot be bought.

What a purchase includes

Each game purchase includes a DRM-free, one-click Windows installer for the complete game. There is no store launcher, account, subscription or online activation.

A purchase does not include the browser demo, which stays free for everyone, or any physical goods. Each product page lists the version, supported operating systems, controls and download size before you buy.

Delivery

After payment, Creem returns you to your order page on www.snackbreakgames.com, where the Windows installer is available immediately. Each download link works for 15 minutes; reloading the order page issues fresh links.

The order page keeps issuing links for 30 days after purchase. After that, email support@snackbreakgames.com from your purchase address with your order number and we will send new links. Please keep a backup copy of the files you download.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on computers you own or control, for as long as you like.

You may not resell, share, rent or upload the game files, or remove copyright notices. The games, their artwork, music and code remain the property of Snack Break Games and its licensors.

You are welcome to stream and publish videos of ordinary gameplay, including monetised videos, unless a product page says otherwise.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. The refund policy explains how.

Free browser demos

Demos are free, need no account, and save progress only in your own browser. We may update, replace or withdraw a demo at any time.

Updates and compatibility

We may release bug-fix updates through your order page or by email. We test each game on the operating systems listed on its product page, but cannot promise compatibility with every future operating-system version. Files you have downloaded remain yours to use.

Using this website

Please do not attempt to bypass download protection, share signed download links, overload the site with automated requests, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

Each game is provided as described on its product page. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where the law allows, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the terms in force when you bought a game continue to apply to that purchase.
