Coming to Windows

On the Breachfront, castle nations, trench armies and occult wildlands share one battlefield. Two fortresses face each other across a field wider than five screens, and each side sends ten warriors into it, one duel at a time. Choose how your fortress is defended with a single click, then cross the field and strike, shoot and dash at the opposing champion with a retinue companion at your side. A defeated side picks a comeback card for its next fighter, and a champion who keeps winning keeps every wound. Play alone against a computer opponent or share the keyboard in split-screen.

GET COMFORTABLE

Play your way.

Player one moves with WASD, jumps with Space, strikes with F, fires with G, dashes with H and changes the retinue order with R. Player two uses the arrow keys and Numpad 1, 2, 3 and 0 while the screen splits in two.

A readout across the top of the screen shows how many warriors each side has left, their health and your current retinue order. Defences are set with a single click, menus work with the keyboard or the mouse, and the retinue takes one key press to command.
